To ensure your paper(s) meet the publication requirements set by IEEE and are included in the conference proceedings, published, and indexed in IEEE Xplore, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Ensure that all reviewers’ comments are fully addressed and incorporated into the final version of your paper, as this will be strictly monitored.
- At least one author of the paper must: Register for the conference present the paper, onsite or online, per the conference format.
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in your paper being excluded from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore indexing. I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the high standards of the IEEE conference.
Your PDF final manuscript version and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted to Paper Submission Guidelines for IEEE Conference Proceedings. To ensure your paper is accepted and published in the conference proceedings and indexed in IEEE Xplore, please carefully follow these instructions:
Paper Registration:
- Make payments through the conference registration link (https://epay.zu.ac.ae/edSRC2025) System to complete your registration.
- No paper will be published without the author’s completed registration and payment.
Page Limitations
- Conference and workshop full papers: Maximum of 6 pages
- Conference work-in-progress papers: Maximum of 4 pages
- Papers exceeding the page limits will incur overlength charges, which must be paid to avoid exclusion from the program.
To ensure your paper is accepted for the conference proceedings and indexed in IEEE Xplore, please follow these critical guidelines:

-Use the appropriate IEEE conference proceedings template for your revised manuscript:
- IEEE Word Template
- IEEE LaTeX Template
- Overleaf IEEE LaTeX Template
- Formatting Rules
-DO NOT include headers, footers, or page numbers in your final submission.
-Ensure strict adherence to the IEEE template formatting guidelines.
- Submission Standards
-Failure to follow the correct format may result in excluding your paper from the conference proceedings.
Please ensure compliance with these instructions to facilitate the inclusion of your work in the conference program and IEEE Xplore.
All final manuscripts must be generated using the PDF Xpress tool. Upload your camera-ready manuscript in one of many formats supported by the service and download your validated PDF when ready. To generate the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select “Create Account”
- Enter the following:
- 65875 for the Conference ID
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Once you have registered as a new user:
- Upload the source file (containing your paper) for conversion.
- Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper for download.
- If your paper conversion is declined (not approved by IEEE), the system will provide the errors log. It would be best if you fixed it and re-did the same process.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
The authors should complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) which is available through PayQlick System. Once you complete your registration:
- Go to View My Tickets
- Submit your IEEE eCF
Finally, you should upload your IEEE Xplore compatible PDF manuscript to PayQlick System.
- Go to View My Tickets
- Upload your Camera Ready (Must be IEEE PDF Certified)
